Admission Procedure

Duly completed application form along with the required enclosures, should be returned to the Admission Cell of OASIS as the address mentioned above. Applicants may submit the application form and required documents at the college personally or by post. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the application form is complete in all respects, and is accompanied by the required documents. After filling in the required particulars the applicant should attach the attested true copies of the following certificates/ documents.

Attested photo copy of certificates and mark sheets of all earlier examinations appeared. Originals of the above documents needed to be produced for verification at the time of admission.

College Leaving Certificate (CLC) in original along with the Conduct Certificate issued from the institution last attended.

Four passport size colour photographs & two stamp size photographs.

Prescribed course fees by cash or in shape of demand draft in favour of “Orissa Academy of Social Science & Integrated Studies” payable at Balasore.

Candidates intending to avail of the installment facilities are requested to enclose an undertaking along with the application form.

Caste certificate in case of SC/ST candidates by the competent authority.

Admission intimation letter issued by the college in original.

Migration certificate in case of student other than Utkal University of Culture.

Undertaking of the student in prescribed format to abide by the rules & regulations of the college to be submitted.
